24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to us at Wild Orchid Salon, and we reserve them especially for you. We understand that schedule changes happen, so we kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel. When booking a service online or over the phone, we do require a credit card be put on file before booking and you will be charged in full if you do not cancel your service ahead of time. Please note that the following services must be held with a credit card:

•Facials

•Keratin Services

•All Balayages

•All Highlights

•Extensions

•Makeup Services

•Updos

•Bride & Bridal Trials

When appointments are missed or canceled without sufficient notice, it prevents us from offering that time to other clients. To avoid this, our appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance, knowing how easy it is to forget an appointment booked months ago. Since these services are reserved specifically for you, the following fees will apply for late cancellations or no-shows:

•Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount.

•No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

•Multiple services not canceled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amounts.


This policy helps us accommodate clients on our waiting list and ensures our staff’s schedules are efficiently managed, allowing us to better serve everyone.
